“Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refer to the individual or entity submitting an order to Dynamic Digitech, either directly or on behalf of another party.

“Company,” “We,” or “Our” refer to Dynamic Digitech, a business entity operating under the laws of the State of Texas, with jurisdiction in Dallas County.

“Product” includes all services, solutions, and deliverables provided by Dynamic Digitech to the Customer in accordance with their Order.

“Order” means any service request submitted via phone, email, or online form, confirmed by a payment (via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, cash receipt, or other approved methods).

Client Acknowledgement & Agreement Terms

The Client (or their authorized agent) acknowledges that they have reviewed the estimated charges and/or quotes and authorize Dynamic Digitech to proceed with the project or purchase as outlined.

• Mobilization fees or deposits must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
• Recurring invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and due by the 15th of the following month.
• Services will be paused after 30 days of non-payment and terminated after 60 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Additional expenses (travel, lodging, transportation, meals, etc.) require prior written approval.
• Upon full payment, all final deliverables including intellectual property and code will be owned by the Client.
• Services begin once onboarding is completed and all invoices are paid.
• Agreement renews automatically unless cancelled via official process on www.dynamicdigitech.com.
• Client may terminate with 30-day written notice and must clear final invoices.
• Restart fee may apply if project remains paused over 60 consecutive days.
• Major revisions after approval require a formal Change Order and may incur additional costs.

Service Continuity & Recurring Billing

Recurring Service Model

All services provided by Dynamic Digitech operate on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually as per agreement). By engaging our services, the client agrees to an ongoing subscription model unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Client Inactivity & Auto-Termination

If a client becomes inactive for 30 consecutive days (no communication, assets, or payments), services will be paused. Continued inactivity may result in termination.

Reinstatement After Termination

• A new onboarding fee may apply.
• Pricing structure may be revised.
• A fresh scope of work may be required.
• No guarantee of previous deliverables or timelines.

No Refunds or Credits for Inactivity

Refunds or credits will not be issued for periods of client inactivity. The client is responsible for maintaining active participation and payment.

Long-Term Inactive Clients (Over 90 Days)

Clients returning after 90 days of inactivity will be treated as new clients. Previous contracts, pricing, or promotions will be void unless reinstated in writing by Dynamic Digitech.

Pricing & Subscription Validity

• All quotes and pricing are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Dynamic Digitech reserves the right to update pricing and service structures at any time.
• Returning clients after 60+ days are not entitled to legacy pricing.
• Prior quotes or promotions are void unless renewed in writing.

Refund Policy

All products and services are non-refundable and provided without warranties, expressed or implied. Once work has been completed, hours invested cannot be recuperated. Refunds may be issued solely at the Company’s discretion.

Copyright & Personal Use

All delivered content is original. Full copyright ownership transfers to the Client upon full payment. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dynamic Digitech for any unauthorized use of delivered materials.

No Plagiarism

Dynamic Digitech does not condone plagiarism or academic dishonesty. Clients are solely responsible for how delivered materials are used.

Limitations on Revisions

• Editing Orders: Objective or technical errors will be corrected. Further revisions are at Company discretion.
• Ghostwriting Orders: Small segments are revised until approved. Post-approval revisions are billed separately.

No Guarantee of Publication

Publishing consultation may be provided at Company discretion. However, Dynamic Digitech does not guarantee publication or specific consultation hours.
